As a public autonomous university, Chiang Mai University requires its offices to set up an effective management system that puts into practice the visions and missions decided upon by the administration. In order to ensure optimum attainment of the university goals, each office needs to develop an operating plan that identifies priority objectives, implementing framework, monitoring and evaluation, reviewing and revising objectives in terms of changing demands, and corrective actions in response to highlighted problems and obstacles.
